On behalf of Vice Minister of Civil Affairs Dou Yu Pei, Director Lu Ying of CCAA read a letter from Mr. Lou at the opening ceremony. Vice director Chu Xiao Ying made an important speech about the new web based adoption placement system. She talked about the purpose, the impact and the method of the new system, as well as the security procedures of the information system.She made this report after the first trail period of this system and made valuable suggestions for the final use of it.

The training was supported by the Henan Civil Affairs, Luoyang Civil Affairs and LuoYang Welfare home. It was also helped by Children’s Hope International. Mr. and Mrs Allen from US donated the first 25 computers, etc equipments. We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for helping more special need children to find families.

During the short training of 2 days, all students studied and practiced on the computers, and were able to install and use the new software right on the spot.Everyone showed great interests in the new system.They all said they would take it back to home and report to welfare home leaders and put the new system in use.
