Online Operational System Formally Initiated
Since August 9, 2007 when China Center of Adoption Affairs (CCAA) issued the notice about applying for the use of Online Operational System, many government departments and adoption agencies which have been co-operating with CCAA have submitted their applications. Now the first stage of accepting and processing the applications has been concluded. From December 10, 2007, the Online Operational System will enter into formal use. On the occasion special need children entrustment will be performed through the internet gradually.
In the future, if any government departments and adoption agencies which have been co-operating with CCAA would like to use this system, please submit the application in written form. In principle only services of working mailbox and information feedback are accessible to these applicants. We will process the applications within one month after receiving them.
