In order to improve the standards in child raising within SWI, to help facilitate an orphaned or special needs child’s healthy development, and in accordance with the needs of orphanage trainings, building from last year’s training, continuing to develop training for infant caregiver, psychological therapists, nutritionists, physical therapist and orphanage directors. There will be 15 different training courses, with an approximate attendance of 590 staff members from orphanages, with an invested budget of 1.965 million. We are currently looking for financial support from various adoption agencies and adoptive families, hoping more attention will be paid into this project, and we can work alongside to improve. Any organizations or individuals wishing to join these programs can collaborate with us in accordance to your interests and expertise.

Infant Caregiver To provide caregivers with training on the know-how and skills of scientific nurturing according to the qualifications set by the Department Of Labor 5 150 9.3 46.5 A National Profession Certificate for “Infant caregiver” will be issued by the Ministry of Labor Security upon passing.
Psychological Therapists To learn the relevant standards and qualifications of children’s psychological health, counseling, and therapy 1 50 15 15 A National Training Certificate for Psychological Therapist will be issued by the Ministry of Labor Security upon passing.
